We aim to deliver high quality homes that lead to smooth provisional acceptances and satisfied residents as a result.

To achieve this, we as a developer, have composed a team of experienced customer advisors. One of them will be appointed to you and will be your contact person during the whole construction process. He or she will take all the necessary steps in order to fulfil your wishes.

Right after the reservation of your apartment, you’ll be invited in our Sales Office by your customer coordinator to discuss the materials and techniques of your apartment. You can choose between a wide range of samples that are all exposed and allow you to choose the perfect material combination.  

Would you like an upgrade or a different floor plan? When requested in time, the possibilities are truly endless. Our suppliers will welcome you in their showrooms where the sky is the limit in terms of finishes and techniques.

  • Our two show apartments are there to inspire you. We’ve personnaly decorated them to the finest detail in order to show how far the possibilities go. They are open for you to visit upon appointment.
  • Our 3D-configurator gives a photorealistic vision of your future apartment. This fun device allows you to visualize all the possible material combinations, till you find your favorite.
  • You have access to the Customer Community: an online platform exclusively for our customers, where you can consult important documents: the decision planning, your material choices, but also your invoices.
  • We provide administrative assistance : agreements, deeds and invoices are checked and we are always at your disposal in case of questions.
  • You’ll frequently receive a newsletter that tells you about the evolution of the construction and fun facts on Park Lane.
  • We are in close contact with the contractor and inspect the apartments regularly to make sure everything is executed according to your wishes.
  • We guide you through the whole proces untill the key handover and assure a smooth transmission of the utilities and official documents.
  • Do you still have questions after the provisional acceptance? We offer a 12 month after care support till the final acceptance through our After Care department.
